隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),我們的生命的過程中也漸漸出現(xiàn)了一道道多項(xiàng)選擇題,在我們面臨分岔路口的時(shí)候是向左還是向右,往往決定了我們一生所追逐的方向。這也正是為什么有的人一生庸碌,有的人一生輝煌,有的人一生走得膽戰(zhàn)心驚,有的人一生走得無(wú)怨無(wú)悔!

首先跟大家分享一個(gè)成功的例子吧。一個(gè)關(guān)于中國(guó)阿里巴巴集團(tuán)董事局主席兼雅虎中國(guó)董事長(zhǎng),中國(guó)IT界教父級(jí)人物馬云先生的事跡。在95年偶然的一次機(jī)會(huì)馬云去到了美國(guó),然后發(fā)現(xiàn)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。所以回來以后叫了24個(gè)他的朋友到家里,大家坐在一起,說他準(zhǔn)備從大學(xué)里辭職,要做一個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。兩個(gè)小時(shí)以后大家投票表決,二十三個(gè)人反對(duì),一個(gè)人支持,因?yàn)榇蠹矣X得這個(gè)東西肯定不靠譜。別去做那個(gè),說他電腦也不懂,而且根本不存在這么個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。但是經(jīng)過一個(gè)晚上的思考,第二天早上他決定,還是辭職,去實(shí)現(xiàn)我自己的夢(mèng)想。在創(chuàng)業(yè)之初,大都不相信馬云,甚至說他是個(gè)騙子。當(dāng)時(shí)不太有人相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng),也不覺得有這么個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)會(huì)對(duì)人類有這么大的貢獻(xiàn)。但是馬云堅(jiān)信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將改變?nèi)祟惿畹姆椒矫婷?。因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)根本沒人會(huì)相信馬云說的話。于是,他就說,比爾蓋茲說互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將改變?nèi)祟惿畹姆椒矫婷?。?jīng)過五六年的打拼,馬云終于締造出了龐大的阿里帝國(guó)并成為了無(wú)數(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)者的偶像和模范。
聽過這個(gè)故事以后我認(rèn)為作為一名創(chuàng)業(yè)者,首先要給自己一個(gè)夢(mèng)想。很多的年輕人是晚上想想走這路,早上起來走原路,晚上睡覺之前說明天我將干這個(gè)事,第二天早上仍舊走自己原來的路線。如果你不去采取行動(dòng),不給夢(mèng)想一個(gè)實(shí)踐的機(jī)會(huì),那么,我確定你連機(jī)會(huì)都沒有,成功就別提了。有了一個(gè)理想之后,最重要是給自己一個(gè)承諾,承諾要把這件事做好。
很多創(chuàng)業(yè)者都害怕這個(gè)條件不夠,那個(gè)條件也沒有,該怎么辦。依我說創(chuàng)業(yè)者最重要的是創(chuàng)造條件。只有自己創(chuàng)造出來的條件才是屬于你的。如果是機(jī)會(huì)都成熟的話,一定輪不到我們。所以呢,一般大家都覺得這是個(gè)好機(jī)會(huì),大家覺得機(jī)會(huì)成熟的時(shí)候,我認(rèn)為往往不是我們的機(jī)會(huì)。
你要堅(jiān)信這事情能夠做起來的時(shí)候,給自己一個(gè)承諾說,我準(zhǔn)備干5年,干,20年把它干出來。我相信你這條路會(huì)走得很久。
另外,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的激情很重要,但是短暫的激情是沒有用的,長(zhǎng)久的激情才是有用的。在創(chuàng)業(yè)幾年后你要問自己,你的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情是不是還是跟第一天一樣,跟跟初戀一樣富有激情。一個(gè)人的激情也沒有用,很多人的激情非常有用。如果你自己很激情,但是你的團(tuán)隊(duì)沒有激情,那一點(diǎn)用都沒有,怎么讓你的團(tuán)隊(duì)跟你一樣充滿激情面對(duì)未來面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),是極其關(guān)鍵的事情。
最后,當(dāng)沒有條件的時(shí)候創(chuàng)造條件,只要你有夢(mèng)想,有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì),堅(jiān)定的執(zhí)行,你是能夠走到成功的彼岸。
馬云先生說過這么一句話,今天很殘酷,明天更殘酷,后天很美好,但大多數(shù)人死在明天晚上,看不到后天的太陽(yáng)。
所以呢,我們必須要努力去面對(duì),去經(jīng)營(yíng)好我們的今天。
