我的發(fā)言分四個(gè)部分:匯報(bào)班級情況，交流三個(gè)問題，幾點(diǎn)溫馨提示。
一、首先,跟大家匯報(bào)一下班級學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀
1. 班級學(xué)生現(xiàn)狀
我們班總共 名學(xué)生，上周我校進(jìn)行了半期考試。我把半期英語考試的情況簡單向各位家長作個(gè)匯報(bào)。平均分 分，優(yōu)生 人，優(yōu)生率 %。排名前十名的有 ;與九月份第一次月考相比，進(jìn)步較大的學(xué)生有 。 通過高中半期的學(xué)習(xí)，大多數(shù)學(xué)生都具有良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。學(xué)習(xí)積極性較高，能夠自覺完成老師布臵的作業(yè)，深知英語學(xué)科在整個(gè)高中課程的重要性。
2.存在問題:
1)早讀課容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同學(xué)比較多，導(dǎo)致早上精神狀態(tài)不好。
2)部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式仍然停留在初中甚至小學(xué)階段，從不自覺主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(xí)(從他們對作業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)和處理方式上就可以看出來)
3)部分學(xué)生抄襲作業(yè)，少數(shù)學(xué)生作業(yè)拖拉甚至不交作業(yè)

二、其次，想跟大家交流四個(gè)問題
1.首先和大家交流一個(gè)問題：孩子上了高中以后，總有一部分家長很納悶：我家的孩子在小學(xué)能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，為什么到了高中，成績不令人滿意，甚至有些失望呢?
這個(gè)問題的答案首先與各個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)階段的特點(diǎn)有關(guān)：小學(xué)階段以賞識(shí)教育為主，要在很小的時(shí)候培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心，試卷內(nèi)容大多與課本有關(guān)，因此考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會(huì)很高。初中則是以普及教育為主，考試會(huì)照顧到大部分學(xué)生，因此分?jǐn)?shù)也較高。但是，高中教育，特別是在以高考為最終目標(biāo)的大背景下，就是以選拔為目的了，所以，考試難度與深度會(huì)有很大的提升，得分率自然就會(huì)下降，孩子們的考試分?jǐn)?shù)自然會(huì)低一些。所以拿初中甚至小學(xué)的分?jǐn)?shù)來衡量孩子們高中的學(xué)習(xí)，是不科學(xué)的。
其次，與學(xué)生自身的學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣有關(guān)：高中階段學(xué)習(xí)科目多而且難，要求學(xué)生必須學(xué)會(huì)自主學(xué)習(xí)(自覺主動(dòng)地去學(xué)習(xí))，即變“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”，再也不能像初中甚至小學(xué)那樣靠老師和家長盯著學(xué)，那樣成績自然會(huì)下降。
2.第二個(gè)問題，為什么同一個(gè)班級的孩子三年后成績差別那么大?成績進(jìn)步大的一定是那些學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個(gè)性好的孩子。孩子為什么會(huì)這樣，其實(shí)因素很多，這不僅僅與學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)有關(guān)，最主要的是與孩子的心態(tài)、學(xué)習(xí)方式及學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣密切相關(guān)。學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式及習(xí)慣是極其重要的，直接影響和決定學(xué)生的成績。不要到高三時(shí)才感慨，現(xiàn)在我們不是不想學(xué)，而是在高一、高二時(shí)沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，沒能改變自己的學(xué)習(xí)方式以適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，現(xiàn)在必須努力學(xué)習(xí)。
在此，我希望家長們要時(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和個(gè)性，也就是情商問題。大量的實(shí)例證明了一個(gè)人的成功主要取決于情商，其次才是智商，兩者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英語學(xué)科舉足輕重，就必須愛英語，以十足的干勁學(xué)好英語。
3.第二個(gè)問題，請家長們正確看待孩子在班級的考試名次，當(dāng)孩子名次退步時(shí)，原因是多方面的，首先幫助他樹立信心，然后一起幫助分析原因，而不要盲目地批評甚至打罵孩子。“望子成龍，望女成鳳”是我們共同的心愿，但在高一更應(yīng)注重孩子學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，讓孩子快樂的成長進(jìn)步，嚴(yán)格遵循教育教學(xué)規(guī)律。
4.有些孩子還沒有適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)，還不知道高中階段怎么學(xué)，希望家長們高度關(guān)注。高中學(xué)習(xí)科目多而難，時(shí)間緊，主要靠學(xué)生自主和自覺地學(xué)習(xí)，老師主要是引導(dǎo)和輔導(dǎo)、檢查和督促，而不像初中那樣盯著你學(xué)習(xí)。說明學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)目的、學(xué)習(xí)興趣上還需培養(yǎng)。
訂正的習(xí)慣，督促學(xué)生建立錯(cuò)題集，當(dāng)堂發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，當(dāng)堂訂正，不拖拉，不滯留，將問題解決在發(fā)現(xiàn)之處，從而保證知識(shí)點(diǎn)的連接，為建立學(xué)科知識(shí)體系做保障。這些習(xí)慣，會(huì)讓學(xué)生真正的樂學(xué)、好學(xué)，在成功中追求快樂，在快樂中追求成功!

(1)幫助孩子確定適當(dāng)目標(biāo)
和孩子一起確定一個(gè)他能夠達(dá)到的目標(biāo)——家長適度的期望值。
孩子是家長的希望，教育好孩子是老師的希望。父母對孩子期望值的高低直接影響孩子將來所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好處。
期望值過高：孩子拼命按家長的意愿生活、學(xué)習(xí)，也許父母感到滿足，但孩子生活得較為壓抑，甚至影響心理健康。盡力后仍達(dá)不到家長的要求，雙方均失望，可能導(dǎo)致孩子自暴自棄;
期望值過低或沒有：家長對尚不自覺的孩子期望值過低或沒有，孩子會(huì)缺少外在精神支持，認(rèn)為不重視、無所謂。
適度的期望值：在原有基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)拔高，不操之過急，不高不攀，否則可能大家都失望。
(2)幫助孩子增強(qiáng)自信心
(3)關(guān)注孩子成績的變化(即名次的升降)而不是絕對名次
(4)溝通---多傾聽孩子的訴說

they have met in business. they have met in education. they have met in the arts. some people will argue that these meetings will leave us with a choice between east and west, but i believe that the best future lies in the creative combination of both worlds. we can make western ideas, customs and technology our own, and adapt them to our own use. we can enjoy the best of both worlds, because our tradition is, above all, one of selecting the best and making it our own.
i love beijing and hennan opera because it always reminds me of who i am. but i am also a fan of pop music, especially english songs. so i have combined eastern melody with western language. it is called western henna opera.

I am writing to express my view on the movie and music piracy. Last year, the Hong Kong Government convicted a person of infringing copyright successfully, who uploaded copyrighted movies to his server and allowed other users to download them. For this incident, I am highly disappointed of the Internet user because they infringed the effort that the copyright owner paid. It is morally wrong to upload or download the piracy music and videos illegally. In addition, this phenomenon means the Hong Kong's intellectual property is being exploited. If this phenomenon continues, it is believed that Hong Kong will not have good music or video anymore.
According to a research from some Universities in Hong Kong, it was found that the different age groups had different reasons of the download or upload the piracy music or videos. The research is divided into two age groups to carry out, a group of teenagers and a group of adults. The research found the reason of most teenagers download or upload the piracy music and videos is that they lack of money and resources. On account of their process of studying, they undoubtedly lack of money and resources to purchase the expensive original CDs or movies. Therefore, the only way they can enjoy the music or videos is to download them from the internet. And for the adults group, the reason is convenient. Nowadays, downloading materials from the internet is very convenient. In addition to the huge resources from the internet, the download time is just for a moment. Therefore, these advantages attracted them to download the piracy music or videos from the internet. They would not go to the store for the original CDs or movies.
In this changing society, many citizens are being turned into criminals simply because of the illegal uploading or downloading. As a consequence, the regulations need to be tightening up. And the Government needs to strengthen the law enforcement to crack down on this kind of Internet crimes. For example, formulate new laws to limit the illegal uploading or downloading behavior. Also, the education is significant. No matter how strict the regulation is, if the students are lack of this kind of knowledge, it will surely become a vicious cycle. The criminals will continuously appear in the coming future.
To summaries, if the Government still doesn’t face to this problem, the intellectual property will be disappeared in Hong Kong. All creativity companies will be closed or moved to other countries because of the illegal downloading or uploading. So, I earnestly request the Hong Kong Government to solve this problem immediately.

my favourite animal is tortoise. tortoise walk not fast. but i like the tortoise. why? because, tortoise is a cute animal. it has a short tail and a four short foot. it has a little head and a hard shell. there are forty-five little and cute tortoises in my home. they like to play in the water. when they afraid of some thing. they will run fast. they like to eat fish. i often buy some small fish for them to eat. they can catch the fish fast. first, they fake(假) sleep. when the fish swim near their mouth. they catch the fish fast and bit the fish's head. so, the fish die. they can eat the fish. in winter. they like to sleep in the sand. when they sleep, they don’t eat any food.because they will hibernation. but, when they are thirsty. they come out of the sand. so, we must give water to them to drink.
i love the tortoise. i hate the eagle. because, the eagle often eat the tortoise with it sharp mouth.my favourite animal is tortoise.

this presidential library chronicles a vivid era in american history, for the benefit of future generations. it will contribute to the vitality of this fine city and to the great state of arkansas. the collections here record the dedication and hard work of thousands, who brought talent and idealism to public service. and at the center of that era, at the head of that administration, was an able and energetic american. president bill clinton led our country with optimism and a great affection for the american people, and that affection has been returned. he gave all to his job, and the nation gave him two terms.
in the early 1990s, the american people saw a young, well-spoken, relatively unknown governor rise to national prominence. yet for decades here in arkansas, the signs of destiny were clear. when young william entered a new school in the 4th grade, a classmate recalls, "he didn't mean to, but he just took the place over." when governor clinton declared his candidacy for president in this city, his close friends were not surprised in the least. they'd always known that bill clinton's moment in history would come.
arkansas is a state that knows political skill when you see it. a fellow in saline county was asked by his son why he liked governor clinton so much. he said, son, he'll look you in the eye, he'll shake your hand, he'll hold your baby, he'll pat your dog -- all at the same time.
over the years, bill clinton showed himself to be much more than a good politician. his home state elected him governor in the 1970s, the 1980s, and the 1990s, because he was an innovator, a serious student of policy, and a man of great compassion. in the white house, the whole nation witnessed his brilliance and mastery of detail, his persuasive power, and his persistence. the president is not the kind to give up a fight. his staffers were known to say, "if clinton were the titanic, the iceberg would sink."
