　　一、國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者通過學(xué)習(xí)和工作，接觸和了解本學(xué)科的學(xué)術(shù)前沿動態(tài)，加深基礎(chǔ)理論，拓寬知識面，提高學(xué)術(shù)水平，為回原單位后發(fā)揮學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人或?qū)W術(shù)骨干的作用打下基礎(chǔ)。

　　二、國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者必須具備堅實的基礎(chǔ)理論和專業(yè)知識，有較強的獨立從事教學(xué)和科研工作的能力，并具有一定的實踐經(jīng)驗，一般應(yīng)是副教授。

　　三、接受國內(nèi)訪問學(xué)者的單位應(yīng)有博士導(dǎo)師或?qū)W術(shù)造詣較深的教授擔(dān)任指導(dǎo)教師，科研工作開展較好，在實驗設(shè)備、圖書資料等方面有較好的條件，一般應(yīng)是有博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)的學(xué)科點或國家投資重點建設(shè)的實驗室。
