　　Apart from having dinner with parents and relatives, there are also lots of activities on that day. After dinner, the whole families go to the lantern fair, to enjoy the happiness in this moment.

　　In every city, there are always a main street known for its lantern fair, on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night with myriads of lanterns and streams of spectators. 　　我跟著姥姥一步一步地學(xué)著。先把準(zhǔn)備好的一包糯米倒入一個較大的碗或盆里，倒入十分之七的溫水，把這個面調(diào)均勻后放好。面做好了，該弄餡了。這次是用黑芝麻餡的，買餡的時候這個是一大快，要先用刀切的一小塊一小塊的，不要太小，也不要太大。再把他一塊一塊的搓成圓形。

　　面和餡都做好了，就要開始包了。先從面團(tuán)上掐一塊面下來，捏成扁餅形，拿一粒先放在最中間，把旁邊的面往上推，逐漸變成一個圓，再用手捏一捏不平的地方，搓成一個團(tuán)，再在面上滾幾圈，一個湯圓就完成了。

　　就這樣，一個又一個的湯圓在我的手中誕生了。最重要的是下鍋煮。先把鍋里的水燒開，然后把湯圓扔進(jìn)水里，煮到湯圓向上漂，水“咕嘟咕嘟”冒泡時，就是已經(jīng)煮熟了。把火關(guān)了，把湯圓撈出來，就可以吃了。

　　吃著自己做的湯圓，心里也甜滋滋的。
