下午好！
往這一站，有兩點感受，第一：我覺得我特別榮幸，能夠站在教壇新星評選的講臺，讓我們這些與課改同行的年輕老師又得到了一次歷練，第二，因為榮幸，所以興奮，我將借《快樂的回憶》來釋放我對語文教學的激情，不求深刻，但愿真實
各位評委聽過這樣的句子么：諸葛亮深夜在臥室看嫦娥一號升空。王奶奶秋夜在屋頂吃肯德雞，你們笑了，當一句句離奇搞笑的話從孩子的想象中迸發(fā)時，我看到他們的快樂，這堂作文課，就是把同學分成ABCD四組，分別寫人物，時間，地點，干什么，隨后組成一句話，拒絕庸俗低級，追求想象新穎。每當古怪的句子傳出時，孩子們就忍俊不禁，那笑聲似乎震塌屋頂，開始是寫紙條的好奇，后來是讀紙條的快樂，最后呢是寫作文的情趣。哲人說：每個漢字就是一支聲情并茂的歌，組成句子時，更讓人驚嘆它是如此瑰麗。，回憶起和孩子在語言文字中“出生入死”的課堂，感受語文的魅力，我會說：課堂讓我快樂！
若非特殊情況，很多晚上，靜靜地讀回書，會很受用它能熨燙人的心靈，讓目光，掠過堅硬，暗淡，丑陋，猜疑和爭斗，留住的是干凈，柔軟，明亮和美好，讀經(jīng)典也讀動漫，和名師做無聲的交流，蔣軍晶三年讀四萬元的書讓我自愧不如，竇桂梅說讀書是另一種備課讓我倍感親切，可以說“凡有所學，皆成性格”讀書讓我感性，但絕不膚淺，我愿把這種感性化做為師的情懷，讀書也讓我有點底氣，我愿把這種底氣轉化成站在講臺上的`勇氣。讀書讓我快樂！
最后我要說：創(chuàng)新我快樂，記得詩人歌德說過：民族的生命力在與蓬勃的創(chuàng)新能力，所以我努力讓我的教學充滿才智和激情，驚喜和新鮮，讓教學富有變化，變化中有新意，新意中要蘊涵價值，每天批注三篇文章，背一句格言，每學期看一部整本的好書，班級五大區(qū)角的布置色彩繽紛，充滿個性色彩，有用廢料粘貼，卻又栩栩如生的手工制作作品，有雖稚嫩卻有嶄露藝術天賦的繪畫，書法作品，我還和孩子們一起插上一雙靈敏的觸角，積極開展語文實踐活動，：走向垓下，讓我采訪你，我的e家，小小新聞角，這樣的細節(jié)不勝枚舉，都是結合時事的創(chuàng)造性嘗試，讓我體驗到和孩子一同成長的快樂。
各位評委，我心目中的導師陶淵明說：歸去來兮，園蕪戶不歸。我沒田園，也無法蕪戶。但我會追求我心中的田園——語文課堂，讓它與孩子相融，與課改同行，與創(chuàng)新同步，與書香為伴。與孩子相融，制造更多快樂的回憶！

I’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! To begin with ,I want to ask a question .Does everybody dream a good dream last night? Actually ,today I want to talk about dream with you. Of course, What I want to talk is not a dream you have last night,but a dream—— about life.
Everyone has dreams about life, different dreams at different life stage,and we need dreams to support us. Dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky,but like most mariners（水手）,we can chart our course by them. With the dream,we have a direction,with a direction, we were no longer the dream, there is hope,With hope, we have the strength to fight.

Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way.
I cant realize my dream,it result from that I havent work harder enough and I wont find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can make it to prove that you are right. If you think the god havent blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth.
"My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder."

生命的旋律在我耳邊回蕩，思緒回到了那一天的堅持。
小時候來到水庫，岸邊的蘆花搖著頭發(fā)，微風讓它“低語”，像是孩子輕快的腳步，像是歡快搞笑的詩句。烈日灼紅地面，樹林里淡雅的花朵在林中鳥鳴中睜眼，十分艷麗。
拿出漁具，把魚餌丟進水里，水花四濺，像一朵盛開在花叢中的野菊，透露著它的芬芳。沒過多久，彩車沉了下去，他的手微微顫抖，他舉起來：“我去！多好的一把剪刀??！運氣真好！今年什么都有?！眻猿忠粫海r光飛逝如箭，額頭上有一顆乒乓球般大的珍珠。就在我要放棄的時候，魚沉了，心里大喜過望。我伸出像雞爪一樣的小手，努力提起。好大一條魚！真是快樂的仙女。
只要堅持，就會有收獲。
冬末，我們一家人來到了山腳。看著眼前的群山，蜿蜒的山路像一條龍坐在那里。一股冷氣從后面躡手躡腳的進來，比如碰到皮膚上的冰，更像是在冰洞里。沒有一個激靈，我突然覺得困了。當我們開始爬山時，我們一路順風。當我們到達山頂時，山路被大雪淹沒了，但懷著必勝的決心，我們爬上了山頂。
堅持是成功的金鑰匙。
仲夏，跆拳道開始了。教練瓜子臉，字眉，眉心有疤，穿著白色長袖連衣裙，黑色腰帶，戴著彩色帽子。一開始，教練讓我們作弊。開始出軌，我的身體以肉眼可見的速度下沉，疼痛難忍，眼淚像波濤洶涌的`黃河一樣直落。在自己的堅持下終于成功了。
堅持是一切的動力。
堅持的路不是一條筆直的路，而是幾條曲折的路，堅持在你的身邊。
無論它在哪里，都要堅持下去。
