　　重視良好的學習習慣的培養(yǎng)

　　(1)讓孩子多聽錄音在少兒英語教學中，首先是加強聽力訓(xùn)練和說話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力差，為此，家長一定要配合學校來要求孩子，要創(chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說。按照眼前利益來看，我們的升學考試也一年比一年注重聽力、閱讀等需要綜合能力的部分。比如前年的聽力占35分，去年就已經(jīng)占40分了。

　　(2)讓孩子大聲說英語家長要每天留出15分鐘左右時間讓孩子讀讀英語，不管當天有無英語課。我們要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯誤。

　　(3)讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦是一項基本功，可以積累一些日常用語，到用的時等候就可以脫口而出。但是在背誦過程中要講究方法，不可操之過急，要注意分散和集中相結(jié)合。我們一般是分段教課文，那就可以請學生分段背課文。等快教完的時候，再把課文串起來背，這樣可以降低一點難度，讓學生背得輕松些。但是在檢查過程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有一部分學生背得相當熟練，可問他課文中的某個詞組或句子的意思時，他卻一問三不知。所以，我們在背誦過程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎(chǔ)上達到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關(guān)詞組和句型，要讓學生熟記，并能用它們來造句、說話。

　　對此，我有如下建議給各位家長：

　　首先，您一定要多關(guān)心您的孩子。不是去了學校，責任就全歸老師。孩子正處在這么一個重要的轉(zhuǎn)型時期，您的關(guān)愛對他們的影響很大，要不斷鼓勵孩子。不是成績好了，表揚買獎品，成績差了，責罵甚至打孩子。

　　上午好!我是初二級的一名英語老師。

　　很高興見到大家.對于我們的家長和學生而言，的確是新老師;今天，我想利用這個機會，把我過去的一些經(jīng)驗結(jié)合這兩個月對初二學生英語學習情況的了解來與各位家長分享和探討。

　　從學生的家庭作業(yè)來看，我們的家長都非常重視孩子們的英語學習。大家都意識到英語學習不論是對我們的日常生活還是升學來說，都產(chǎn)生著重要的作用，有著重大的意義。而我們初中階段的教學目的在于培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣、良好的語言習慣、運用英語進行交際的能力以及跨文化意識。因此，我的課堂也是圍繞聽、說、讀、寫幾個方面對所學知識進行操練和運用。通過這兩個月的教學，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這一屆初二的班主任都特別負責，班風、學風也很好，最重要的是絕大多數(shù)的同學自尊心強，上進心強，這使我對他們充滿信心。但同樣也發(fā)現(xiàn)了以下問題：

　　1、學習態(tài)度不夠端正。部分學生對于學英語是抱著無所謂的態(tài)度，甚至會說“只要語文數(shù)學好就行了”，還有拖欠作業(yè)的情況。

　　2、學習習慣不夠好。我要求學生在學英語的時候要大聲的讀單詞和句子，有利于對單詞的記憶，并且能更好的集中注意力。但是有很多人沒有這種習慣，聲音很小，眼睛盯著天花板，盯著窗戶讀的都有，甚至還有的同學邊發(fā)呆邊跟著讀，這樣就沒有效果。還存在著嚴重的畏難情緒，我給的問題或是閱讀材料還剛出來就有人抱怨“我不會做”、“這么難”、“看不懂”，我會反問他們“你還沒看題怎么知道不會做?遇到困難首先想到的不是解決問題而是逃避，那么你永遠不會進步”。這幾天這種情況已經(jīng)減少了很多。

　　3、少數(shù)同學基礎(chǔ)不好。到現(xiàn)在26個字母還讀不全、默不全。這也是頗讓人頭疼的問題。

　　4、閱讀能力欠佳。閱讀在今后的升學考試，包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學英語四、六級考試中都占有很大的分值。但我們的學生對于閱讀暫時還沒有概念。我要求他們把閱讀材料讀三遍，第一遍泛讀，也就是瀏覽;第二遍精讀，把生詞劃出來，根據(jù)上下文理解單詞的意思;第三遍回答問題，但是很少有同學能夠嚴格按照要求完成，往往是讀了一遍就不想讀了。

　　針對以上問題，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要各位家長的配合和支持。

　　1、督促學生在家聽英語磁帶，每周不少于1小時，最好能每天堅持聽10——15分鐘，這將對孩子的學習有很大幫助。

　　2. 督促學生在家背英語單詞、短語及課文，因為在校學生的背書時間太少，所以家長要配合老師在家里聽寫孩子的單詞和短語。

　　3、爭取消化當天所學的單詞，不要積壓任務(wù)。我會在每單元結(jié)束的時候組織一次聽寫，并要求學生帶回家給家長過目。

　　4、請家長督促孩子在家里完成家庭作業(yè)，以免他們來學校在匆忙之中互相抄襲。有時的默寫作業(yè)我也會煩請各位家長簽字，這也是為了給學生一點點壓力，讓他們知道父母會經(jīng)常檢查他們的作業(yè)本，一定要認真寫才行。家長可以讓學生自己默寫或者報中文意思都可以，但最重要的是在學生默完后，督促他們對著書本更正。我發(fā)現(xiàn)，初二的很多家長都非常負責，他們已經(jīng)在這么做了，而且做得很好!

　　4、每一個單元都有閱讀的部分，并且附有課后習題。如果你的孩子英語基礎(chǔ)不是很好，可以督促他們先在家查字典，做適當?shù)念A(yù)習。

　　總之，我和各位家長有著共同的心愿，都想盡自己最大的努力去培養(yǎng)這些孩子，他們個個都聰明、可愛，只是有些孩子的潛能還沒有得到充分的發(fā)掘。今后，我也希望和各位家長保持聯(lián)系，如果孩子遇到學習問題我們及時溝通。我的電話號碼是：。
