——現在請允許我介紹一下本場比賽的評委，他們分別是： 研究生~~ 研究生~~ 研究生~~ 讓我們用熱烈的掌聲歡迎各位評委的到來！——這是思維的碰撞——這是智慧的火花
——妙語連珠，看我沙場秋點兵——鹿死誰手，咱們有理走著瞧
——現在辯論賽馬上開始?。ㄖ鞒秩说街飨暇臀唬?/p>
——在比賽正式開始前，請允許我宣讀一下比賽流程，評分規(guī)則，評判標準及獎項設置。比賽流程：
初賽包括5個環(huán)節(jié)：
1、選手出場，選手結合辯題自我介紹，每隊2分鐘；
2、開篇立論，正、反方一辯發(fā)言，每隊3分鐘；
3、攻辯，二、三辯發(fā)言，每隊2分鐘；
4、自由辯論，每隊5分鐘；
5、總結陳詞，正、反方四辯發(fā)言，每隊2分鐘。 評判標準：

4配合好，具有團體合作精神，攻守兼?zhèn)?，發(fā)言錯落有致；（2分）
5英語口語流暢，舉止大方有氣質；（1分）
6臺風與辯風好，尊重對方、評委和觀眾，舉止得體；（1分）
2、2、個人部分：總體評價和印象分；(10分)
3、3、大眾評審共12人，舉牌投票自己所支持的辯論方，一人一分。（12分）
評分規(guī)則：
1、團隊：評委得分的平均分+大眾評審得分=該隊總得分。（總分最高分22分）；
2、個人：評委對個人得分的平均分即為該隊員得分。（個人最高分10分）獎項設置：
本次大賽分為初賽、復賽、半決賽和決賽四個階段。
設一等獎兩隊，二等獎四隊，三等獎六隊，優(yōu)秀獎若干。最佳辯手獎一名、最佳口語獎一名、最佳臺風獎一名。
——規(guī)則宣讀完畢，下面比賽正式開始。有請第一組參賽隊就位，有請正方作自我介紹……好的，現在有請反方作自我介紹……
——看來雙方辯手都是信心百倍，蓄勢待發(fā)，需要提醒各位的是發(fā)言時請辯手起立發(fā)言，計時將會從辯手起身時開始計時。（請正方計時員起立示意，請反方計時員起立示意）。
——好的，現在進入辯論的第一個環(huán)節(jié)：開篇立論環(huán)節(jié)。時間為正反雙方各3分鐘，首先請正方一辯發(fā)言……
——時間到!現在請反方一辯發(fā)言……時間到！感謝正反雙方一辯的精彩陳辭！
——接下來是攻辯環(huán)節(jié)，首先有請反方二辯選擇正方二辯或者三辯進行一對一攻辯，時間是2分鐘……時間到！下面有請正方二辯選擇反方二辯或者三辯進行一對一攻辯，時間也是2分鐘……時間到！感謝雙方二辯，三辯的精彩發(fā)言！
——下面進行下一環(huán)節(jié)，自由辯論環(huán)節(jié)！辯論雙方就辯題自由辯論，正反雙方各5分鐘。先由正方任何一隊員發(fā)言完畢后，反方即刻起立發(fā)言，雙方交互進行，直至時間用完為止；若一方發(fā)言時間用盡，另一方有余時，則該方可繼續(xù)發(fā)言，直至時間用完為止，在此期間對方禁止發(fā)言。
——下面請正方先發(fā)言……（交互進行）（某方）時間到！另一方（若時間有余則）繼續(xù)……（另一方）時間也到了！感謝正反雙方精彩激烈的對辯。
