To begin with, parents are the direct victims, because children’s wasting time on campus means that parents’ wishes may never be fulfilled inthe future.
What’s more, it is extremely harmful to students themselves in that they may lose the best opportunity to lay a solid foundation for tomorrow’s career.
Last but not least, an unhealthy atmosphere will come into being in universities as wasting time becomes more and more common, which, obviously, goes against the aim of university education directly.
It is more than necessary that all of us joined in the efforts to fight against this notoriousphenomenon.

Views on the topic vary greatly among people from different walks of life, among which there goes a well-known saying: "Help others and you will be helped when you are in need", suggesting that we should try to help others kindly.
I totally agree with this saying for the reasons presented below. First, it is good for the whole society because if everyone in the society can give a hand to each other, it is more likely that the society will become more peaceful. Second, it is good for the person himself / herself. For example, if a person tries to help others when they have trouble, when he needs help, he can get help from other people. So, I totally agree with this saying.
From my perspective, it is crucial that modern education should encourage people to support each other. Also it is crucial that people should understand the meaning and value of helping each other. Only in this way can they build a harmonious society.

Apart from the benefits mentioned above, we also face several unavoidable challenges.
In the first place, the students’ evaluation of teachers cannot always be objective—it shouldbe combined with evaluation from authority and colleagues.
In the second place, the most popular teacher may neither be the most knowledgeable northe one with the most advanced teaching method.
What’s the most important, some teachers may become indulgent with their students becauseof this new system.
Only when we deal with these problems successfully can we benefit the most from such a newsystem.
