在實(shí)際操作過程中，我們特別注重過程性評價(jià)的實(shí)施。過程性評價(jià)即形成性評價(jià)，是指在學(xué)習(xí)過程中以教師評價(jià)、家長評價(jià)、學(xué)生小組間的互相評價(jià)為基本方式，綜合評價(jià)學(xué)生日常英語學(xué)習(xí)情況的一種評價(jià)方式。它強(qiáng)調(diào)以人為本，在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，重視對學(xué)生情感態(tài)度、語言知識(shí)、學(xué)習(xí)策略、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神及綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，具有激勵(lì)性、同步性等特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)英語課程評價(jià)的要求，我們通過組員與小組捆綁式自我評價(jià)、組長評價(jià)、同學(xué)評價(jià)、教師評價(jià)以及形成性評價(jià)和終結(jié)性評價(jià)，激勵(lì)學(xué)生全員參與，體驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)成功的快樂。具體實(shí)施主要有以下三個(gè)層次：
一、組內(nèi)評個(gè)人
利用“組員評價(jià)記錄表”，對小組內(nèi)學(xué)生進(jìn)行評價(jià)，每節(jié)課由各小組的記錄員負(fù)責(zé)記錄本組內(nèi)組員的得獎(jiǎng)情況。評價(jià)項(xiàng)目可隨課堂實(shí)際情況分階段進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，如果小組評價(jià)做得比較好，還可以從4個(gè)大的方面和20個(gè)小的觀察點(diǎn)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)評價(jià)，如表格：
二、組際評小組
利用“小組評價(jià)記錄表”，記錄各小組得獎(jiǎng)情況。通過各小組組員的團(tuán)結(jié)合作、共同努力，在課前展示、課中合作交流匯報(bào)展示、反饋展示環(huán)節(jié)中分別記獎(jiǎng)。注意學(xué)困生的得獎(jiǎng)數(shù)量要相對增多，這樣能夠調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性和主動(dòng)性。評價(jià)項(xiàng)目可隨課堂中學(xué)生存在的實(shí)際情況分階段進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。
一堂課中對學(xué)生小組合作的評價(jià)，我們也可以從以下四個(gè)大方面對小組綜合評價(jià)：一是學(xué)生的活動(dòng)狀態(tài)。學(xué)生興趣濃厚，自主學(xué)習(xí)積極主動(dòng);學(xué)習(xí)氛圍濃厚，民主平等互動(dòng);互助學(xué)習(xí)分工明確，學(xué)生熱情高且具有實(shí)效性。二是學(xué)生的活動(dòng)形式。學(xué)生活動(dòng)分個(gè)體、小組、集體等，形式多樣，觀察、思考、合作有機(jī)結(jié)合。對于學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，善于創(chuàng)新且富有實(shí)效，如合理、恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用聽、說、讀、寫、演、唱、交流等多種活動(dòng)形式，也可以利用不同形式學(xué)習(xí)和展示同一個(gè)內(nèi)容，如對于句型可以用對話的形式學(xué)習(xí)和展示，也可以是編成歌曲、加上動(dòng)作或擴(kuò)展為排比句的形式等，這樣學(xué)習(xí)形式豐富多彩，培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生創(chuàng)新的精神。三是學(xué)生的參與面。學(xué)生參與課堂活動(dòng)面廣，能夠全體參與不同內(nèi)容的展示。四是學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效果。學(xué)生勇于展示，
情感、態(tài)度、價(jià)值觀得到相應(yīng)發(fā)展。思維有深度，能夠體現(xiàn)對所學(xué)知識(shí)的內(nèi)化、重組和應(yīng)用，而且外顯效果好。

去年12月，我開始了我的畢業(yè)論文工作，時(shí)至今日，論文基本完成。從最初的茫然，到慢慢的進(jìn)入狀態(tài)，再到對思路逐漸的清晰，整個(gè)寫作過程難以用語言來表達(dá)。歷經(jīng)了幾個(gè)月的奮戰(zhàn)，緊張而又充實(shí)的畢業(yè)論文最終落下了帷幕?；叵脒@段日子的經(jīng)歷和感受，我感慨萬千，在這次畢業(yè)論文的過程中，我擁有了無數(shù)難忘的回憶和收獲。
在與導(dǎo)師的交流討論中我的題目定了下來，題目是：有限差分法在期權(quán)定價(jià)中的應(yīng)用。當(dāng)開題報(bào)告定下來的時(shí)候，我當(dāng)時(shí)便立刻著手資料的收集工作中，當(dāng)時(shí)應(yīng)對浩瀚的書海真是有些茫然，不知如何下手。我將這一困難告訴了導(dǎo)師，在導(dǎo)師細(xì)心的指導(dǎo)下，最終使我對自我此刻的工作方向和方法有了掌握。
在搜集資料的過程中，我認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備了一個(gè)筆記本。我在學(xué)校圖書館搜集資料，還在網(wǎng)上查找各類相關(guān)資料，將這些寶貴的資料全部記在筆記本上，盡量使我的資料完整、精確、數(shù)量多，這有利于論文的撰寫。然后我將收集到的資料仔細(xì)整理分類，及時(shí)拿給導(dǎo)師進(jìn)行溝通。
1月初，資料已經(jīng)查找完畢了，我開始著手論文的寫作。在寫作過程中遇到困難我就及時(shí)和導(dǎo)師聯(lián)系，并和同學(xué)互相交流，請教專業(yè)課教師。在大家的幫忙下，困難一個(gè)一個(gè)解決掉，論文也慢慢成型。
4月初，論文的文字?jǐn)⑹鲆呀?jīng)完成。當(dāng)我最終完成了所有打字、繪圖、排版、校對的任務(wù)后整個(gè)人都很累，但同時(shí)看著電腦熒屏上的畢業(yè)論文稿件我的心里是甜的，我覺得這一切都值了。這次畢業(yè)論文的制作過程是我的一次再學(xué)習(xí)，再提高的過程。在論文中我充分地運(yùn)用了大學(xué)期間所學(xué)到的知識(shí)。
我不會(huì)忘記這難忘的幾個(gè)月的時(shí)間。畢業(yè)論文的制作給了我難忘的回憶。在我徜徉書海查找資料的日子里，應(yīng)對無數(shù)書本的羅列，最難忘的是每次找到資料時(shí)的激動(dòng)和興奮；親手實(shí)現(xiàn)出算法，記憶最深的是每一步小小思路實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)那幸福的心境；為了論文我曾趕稿到深夜，但看著親手打出的一字一句，心里滿滿的僅有喜悅毫無疲憊。這段旅程看似荊棘密布，實(shí)則蘊(yùn)藏著無盡的寶藏。我從資料的收集中，掌握了很多美式期權(quán)定價(jià)與有限差分法的知識(shí)，讓我對我所學(xué)過的知識(shí)有所鞏固和提高，并且對未知的資料有所深刻的了解。在整個(gè)過程中，我學(xué)到了新知識(shí)，增長了見識(shí)。在今后的日子里，我仍然要不斷地充實(shí)自我，爭取在所學(xué)領(lǐng)域有所作為。
腳踏實(shí)地，認(rèn)真嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，實(shí)事求是的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，不怕困難、堅(jiān)持不懈、吃苦耐勞的精神是我在這次論文中最大的收益。我想這是一次意志的磨練，是對我實(shí)際本事的一次提升，也會(huì)對我未來的學(xué)習(xí)和工作有很大的幫忙。
在這次畢業(yè)論文中也使我們的同學(xué)關(guān)系更進(jìn)一步了，同學(xué)之間互相幫忙，有什么不懂的'大家在一齊商量，聽聽不一樣的看法對我們更好的理解知識(shí)，所以在那里十分感激幫忙我的同學(xué)。
在此更要感激我的導(dǎo)師和專業(yè)教師，是你們的細(xì)心指導(dǎo)和關(guān)懷，使我能夠順利的完成畢業(yè)論文。在我的學(xué)業(yè)和論文的研究工作中無不傾注著教師們辛勤的汗水和心血。教師的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué)態(tài)度、淵博的知識(shí)、無私的奉獻(xiàn)精神使我深受啟迪。從尊敬的導(dǎo)師身上，我不僅僅學(xué)到了扎實(shí)、寬廣的專業(yè)知識(shí)，也學(xué)到了做人的道理。在此我要向我的導(dǎo)師致以最衷心的感激和深深的敬意。
