　　I am a senior engineer and the head of Transmission Business Department of Great Dragon Telecommunications Group. As the instructor of him in his graduation fieldwork, I am very glad to write this letter in support of Mr. Gregory Tang‘s application for studying in your university.

　　I got to know Mr. Tang in 1998 when I was the head of a research and development team on SDH optical telecommunications transmitting system, a part of the State 863 Program. He was recommended to me as a top student of Peking Post and Telecommunications University. After strict examinations, I accept him as a member of our team. Although Mr. Tang worked with us for only one year, his research ability, diligence, and team spirit really impressed all of us.

　　Mr. Tang has strong independent research and exploit ability. When working in our team, he was responsible for the research task of mapping four 34Mb/s signals into a STM-1. He creatively solved the problem of De-mapping and jitter restriction of PDH signals in SDH system. This research raised the transport efficiency of 34Mb/s signals by 33% so as to meet users‘ higher demand. This technology successfully passed the test of the Information Industry Ministry and was applied to the broadcasting and TV transmission experimental network of HuNan Province later.

　　Mr. Tang is proficient in English. He can communicate with foreign specialists in English, which is rare among Chinese young people. I think language will not be an obstacle for his study and life abroad.

　　Telecommunications industry is a rising industry in China. Chinese government is giving full support to its development. I support Mr. Tang‘s decision, and hope that he will come back to make more contribution to our motherland after he finishes his program abroad. 　　前廳部作為酒店的門面，每個(gè)員工都要直接的面對(duì)客人，員工的工作態(tài)度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量反映出一個(gè)酒店的服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)和管理水平，因此對(duì)員工的培訓(xùn)是我們的工作重點(diǎn)，今年來(lái)針對(duì)五個(gè)分部制定了詳細(xì)的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃：針對(duì)總機(jī)，我們進(jìn)行接聽(tīng)電話語(yǔ)言技巧培訓(xùn);針對(duì)行李處的行李運(yùn)送和寄存服務(wù)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn);接待員的禮節(jié)禮貌和售房技巧培訓(xùn);特別是今年七月份對(duì)前廳部所有員工進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)達(dá)一個(gè)月的外語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)，為今年的星評(píng)復(fù)核打下一定的基礎(chǔ)，只有通過(guò)培訓(xùn)才能讓員工在業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)和服務(wù)技能上有進(jìn)一步的提高，才能更好的為客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。

二、給員工灌輸“開(kāi)源節(jié)流、增收節(jié)支”意識(shí)，控制好成本

“開(kāi)源節(jié)流、增收節(jié)支”是每個(gè)企業(yè)不矢的追求，前廳部員工積極響應(yīng)酒店的號(hào)召，開(kāi)展節(jié)約、節(jié)支活動(dòng)，控制好成本。為節(jié)約費(fèi)用，前廳部自己購(gòu)買塑料籃子來(lái)裝團(tuán)隊(duì)的鑰匙，減少了鑰匙袋和房卡的使用量，給酒店節(jié)約了費(fèi)用(原來(lái)不管是團(tuán)隊(duì)還是散客，每間房間都必須填寫(xiě)房卡和使用鑰匙袋，通過(guò)團(tuán)隊(duì)房不使用房卡和鑰匙袋后，大大節(jié)省了費(fèi)用，房卡.18元/張，鑰匙袋.1元/個(gè)，每天團(tuán)隊(duì)房都1間以上，一年可節(jié)約一筆較大的費(fèi)用);商務(wù)中心用過(guò)期報(bào)表來(lái)打印草稿紙;督促住宿的員工節(jié)約用水電;控制好辦公用品，用好每一張紙、每一支筆。通過(guò)這些控制，為酒店創(chuàng)收做出前廳部應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。

三、加強(qiáng)員工的銷售意識(shí)和銷售技巧，提高入住率

　　前廳部根據(jù)市場(chǎng)情況，積極地推進(jìn)散客房銷售，今年來(lái)酒店推出了一系列的客房促銷方案如：球迷房、積分卡、代金券、千元卡等促銷活動(dòng)，接待員在酒店優(yōu)惠政策的同時(shí)根據(jù)市場(chǎng)行情和當(dāng)日的入住情況靈活掌握房?jī)r(jià)，前臺(tái)的散客有了明顯的增加，入住率有所提高，強(qiáng)調(diào)接待員：“只要到前臺(tái)的客人，我們都要想盡辦法讓客人住下來(lái)”的宗旨，爭(zhēng)取更多的入住率。

四、注重各部門之間的`協(xié)調(diào)工作

　　1、繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)，提高員工的綜合素質(zhì)，提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量;

　　2、穩(wěn)定員工隊(duì)伍，減少員工的流動(dòng)性;
