I am actually a native of this city and entered xxx university after I passed the higher educational entrance test.
That is why I love this piece of land and want to make contribution for my hometown.I have been working hard as a student and a part-time teacher. Sometimes friends ask me whether I'm a tireless person. Of course I am not.
But I just like that sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. I enjoy the alternative roles: being an English teacher and a student at the same time. In my class, I encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach English study in their unique ways, because I believe study is a personalized process. Last week when I gave them the first class of this semester, I said,"everyone should become a critical thinker in my class, and I want to be a good teacher in its real sense". I'm not the traditional teacher.
I try to reform the English teaching in my classes. Hope I can do something to change the Psent situation of English teaching.

一、英語的重要性
為什么要把這塊內(nèi)容放在第一位呢？我認(rèn)為，不管是學(xué)生還是家長(zhǎng)，如果沒有意識(shí)到一門學(xué)科的重要性，那么他就不會(huì)去重視這門學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)，結(jié)果可以相信，學(xué)好這門學(xué)科的概率就很小。英語學(xué)科，以前在小學(xué)是不做要求。但是去年開始，英語學(xué)科已經(jīng)成為了主科，小學(xué)主科包括語文數(shù)學(xué)英語三門學(xué)科，而且小升初考試英語也是要考的。那么意味著什么，英語應(yīng)該得到各位家長(zhǎng)的重視，以后上了初中、高中、大學(xué)，英語都是非常重要的。就拿大學(xué)來講，不管你的子女以后學(xué)的是什么專業(yè)，英語都是必須考級(jí)的。所以我想說的是，小學(xué)階段的英語正是打基礎(chǔ)的時(shí)候，基礎(chǔ)打好了，以后學(xué)起來才能輕松。
二、學(xué)習(xí)英語的`方法
在此，我首先把英語書的各個(gè)部分以及要求說明一下。習(xí)英語離不開聽說讀寫四個(gè)方面。聽，上課聽老師，回家聽錄音。每次作業(yè)我基本上都會(huì)布置聽錄音跟讀的任務(wù)，也要求各位家長(zhǎng)簽字，請(qǐng)大家積極配合。英語課一個(gè)星期才3節(jié)，光靠上課的時(shí)間是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，我們英語老師每個(gè)人5個(gè)班，想要每個(gè)學(xué)生去檢查去督促顯然是不可能的，所以還請(qǐng)各位家長(zhǎng)在家里積極配合。說，在小學(xué)階段還是有一定的難度的。所以小學(xué)階段主要強(qiáng)調(diào)背誦，背的多了，英語自然會(huì)脫口而出的。我布置背誦的作業(yè)，也請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)在家里積極配合，我在課堂上也會(huì)進(jìn)行全班背誦、分組背誦以及個(gè)別背誦的方式檢查。讀，在小學(xué)階段我認(rèn)為是最重要的。多聽多讀，英語才能學(xué)好。每天不管有沒有英語課，都應(yīng)該讓自己的子女堅(jiān)持每天讀15至30分鐘的英語。寫，課本里要求書寫的單詞句子要掌握。
三、存在的問題
1、上課紀(jì)律問題（點(diǎn)名3次懲罰）
2、作業(yè)問題（校訊通，監(jiān)督子女作業(yè)的人一定要知道作業(yè)。
3次以上考試扣分，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)配合檢查）
3、錯(cuò)題訂正問題（錯(cuò)題一定要訂正好，尊重老師，也尊重自己的學(xué)習(xí)）
4、考試習(xí)慣問題
5、習(xí)慣不好（作業(yè)忘帶、忘做、錯(cuò)題不訂正、考試題目做漏、不認(rèn)真、考試名字不寫……）
四、對(duì)家長(zhǎng)的要求
1、重視英語，一起努力。
2、該簽字的一定要簽字。
3、盡量做到每天都讀英語十幾分鐘。
4、作業(yè)問題（檢查作業(yè)是否完成、前面錯(cuò)題是不是訂正好、字跡清楚否、有沒有裝進(jìn)書包里……）
我們的目標(biāo)是公共的，為了孩子們的成長(zhǎng)，希望各位家長(zhǎng)和我們老師共同努力，為子女的明天奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)！

I'm Nickle. I'm 24. I graduated from Hunan Normal University on XX Campus. My major is English Education. After graduation, I have worked for one year in Li Yang Kid's English. My students are between 5 and 12 years old.I'm outgoing and open-minded. In my spare time, I have broad interests. Such as reading, surfing the internet, listening to music and even chatting with foreign friends online if possible. I like children very much.
I think children are active, innocent and pure. With them, I feel very relaxed, pleasant and younger. Therefore, I learned a lot from my one year working experience.Teaching children English is very interesting but it is also challenging. Because children are always active, even sometimes very naughty. So teachers need a lot of patience to deal with children. The most important that I have learned from my one year teaching experience is that a teacher should have the mind that always wants to go on learning. Teaching is a job at which one will never be perfect.
If I have the chance, I will try my best to be a good primary English teacher.
