1、鉆井工程師是鉆井隊技術負責人,工作上對平臺經(jīng)理負責。

鉆井工程師崗位責任制 Drilling engineer’s station-responsibility(一)崗位責任制 Station-responsibility 1. 負責向平臺干部,職工貫徹工程設計,制訂與落實各階段的鉆井施工措施和參數(shù),向鉆井領班下達每次作業(yè)技術指令。

Bottom of the drilling floor: check the BOP stack fixed firm or not, BOP and the control pipes is clean or not, and don’t leak the oil and mud.鉆臺上:1、檢查鉆臺鉆桿立柱編號與錄井下井編號是否一致,對應井深與計算數(shù)據(jù)是否一致;2、死繩固定牢靠,螺絲背帽齊全緊固,防跳螺絲齊全;3、傳壓器固定良好,靈敏,管線不漏油,冬季用防凍液;4、指重表、泵壓表、扭距表等司鉆操作臺儀表讀數(shù)準確;5、了解井下情況,作業(yè)指令與鉆井參數(shù)是否匹配合理;6、封井器司控臺儀表顯示正常,隨時可用;7、節(jié)流、壓井控制臺儀表顯示正常,隨時可用。8、檢查節(jié)流壓井管匯閘門開關位置是否正確,各閘門開關是否靈活。

3、進入油氣層、鉆遇復雜或高壓地層處置不及時或不當,可能發(fā)生井噴、井漏、卡鉆等工程事故和其他復雜情況;

2、審查《鉆井施工設計》中預防井噴、預防H2S氣體的措施是否得當; 3、管理井控臺賬,保證井控設備完好,井控物資儲備充足; 4、掌握鉆具和井下情況,預防井噴和井下事故; 5、按照《HSE現(xiàn)場檢查表》規(guī)定,定期進行檢查;
6、嚴格執(zhí)行鉆具管理制度,負責各種井下工具、鉆井工具、套管工具、打撈工具和接頭的檢查管理和丈量工作;
7、關鍵作業(yè)和復雜作業(yè)時必須到現(xiàn)場指揮,做到“五到鉆臺三值班”,即打隔水導管、下套管固井、裝井口、起下鉆“兩頭”、測斜、處理井下復雜情況必須到鉆臺,油層井段鉆進、試油射孔、求產(chǎn)放噴需堅持值班。

2、發(fā)生硫化氫溢出時,立即帶好防毒面具,按防硫措施處理; 3、井噴失控,立即向應急集合點集合,等候下步措施;
