小學(xué)的時候，我們便開始接觸英語了，可當時只是作為一門學(xué)科并不列入 考試的范圍內(nèi)，所以當時我也就沒有太在意，每到上英語課的時候，我不是在寫作業(yè)就是在和同學(xué)竊竊私語?？墒堑搅顺踔?，就打不可同了。
剛開始的時候老師只是講一些簡單的英語對話句子和認識26個字母，這并沒有難倒我，我很快就明白了，可是隨著隨著時間的推移，我沒學(xué)習的難度在逐步增加，我開始覺得有些吃力了，仿佛跟不上同學(xué)們的學(xué)習進度，脫離了隊伍。李老師常對我們說英語學(xué)習很簡單，只要我們找到合適自己的方法，上可認真聽課就足夠了。聽起來看似很簡單，非也非也，我按照老師說的'那樣去做的，上課認真聽課，認真做筆記，做到課前預(yù)習課后復(fù)習，但結(jié)果沒有多大的進展，依舊是在原地踏步，但我仍灰心，不斷更改自己的學(xué)習方法，尋找屬于自己的，適合自己的。可是一學(xué)期兩學(xué)期仍是如此，每次考試總是在110至125分之內(nèi)，我的意志力被摧殘，被逐漸腐蝕。有時我想放棄，可最后仍是在努力著，希望會出現(xiàn)奇跡。
如今我已是初三的學(xué)生了，正處于初中學(xué)習的最后沖刺階段，我要求自己的英語成績可以保持在130分左右，但事實上我連上130分都沒有幾次。我有時在想我們?yōu)槭裁匆獙W(xué)習英語呢？學(xué)習英語到底有何用處呢？我經(jīng)常為此事兒不解。在偶然的一天我和媽媽正在看新聞，據(jù)新聞報道英語8級以上剛畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生就業(yè)率很高，此刻我才第一次意識到英語的重要性。又恢復(fù)了以前的激情信心倍增。雖說成績只是一點點的進步，但是總比停滯不前要好吧，要樂觀的面對我們的生活。
我不再為英語而惆悵，唯有學(xué)好英語才有可能有所作為，才可以振興家族。現(xiàn)在開始為時不晚。

Others, however, aie strongly against the limitations. They argue that the great number of official cars，which are frequently used, is a big factor causing traffic congestion. But the policy mainly aims at private cars and has no dear restrictions on the use of official cars. Besides, car purchase limitation would hinder the development of China's automobile industry，and more people would lose their jobs as a result.
Personally, I think the restriction of buying and use of cars, official cars incladed, is inevitable and just a matter of time for Beijing. If the number of cars is not limited, there will be a huge disaster for the environment, road resources, the travel demands of normal people and the improvement of living standards..
