　　This dish is prepared with more than 9 main ingredients including fish, cooking wine, pine nut, pepper, ketchup, salt and vinegar.

　　First, you should make the fish clean and remove it’s bones and organs.

　　Second the fish should be placed into a wok, with pepper and cooking wine and then fry it until its color changes.
