記得小時(shí)候的一段日子,由于缺少鍛煉,導(dǎo)致身體的吸收本事下降。為此,我就想,自我和以往一樣的生活,為什么會(huì)生病呢?于是,我?guī)е苫髞淼搅酸t(yī)院。經(jīng)過檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)是因?yàn)椴唤】档娘嬍辰o我?guī)砹寺闊?。我突然想到,這幾個(gè)月,我比較喜歡吃甜食,不吃水果、蔬菜,這才導(dǎo)致的身體不適的。雖然以往我缺少鍛煉,但我合理健康的飲食,才保護(hù)了我的身體健康??磥磉\(yùn)動(dòng)、學(xué)習(xí)和健康的飲食,才能讓人有一個(gè)健康的體魄。

最近,我注意到一個(gè)情景,就是每一天都能看到我們學(xué)校旁的小商店和地?cái)傂∝溤谫u一些三無食品和垃圾食品,而我們的一些同學(xué)卻買得樂此不彼,吃得津津有味??捎钟卸嗌偃嗣靼?,吃了它們不僅僅會(huì)導(dǎo)致肥胖,更嚴(yán)重的會(huì)使很多細(xì)菌侵入人體,造成胃腸炎癥。所以,請(qǐng)警告廣大朋友為了自我的健康而少吃這類食品。
要健康飲食,就要做到以下幾點(diǎn):
1、不購買街邊小吃或街邊小店的垃圾食品,去一些正規(guī)超市購買食物。
2、買所需食品時(shí),要注意生產(chǎn)日期、保質(zhì)期、QS生產(chǎn)許可標(biāo)志等等。
3、認(rèn)準(zhǔn)品牌購買,盡量買一些有品牌的食品。
4、少吃油炸食品及零食,多吃蔬菜水果等有營養(yǎng)的食品。
5、不買價(jià)格明顯過低的食品,不要貪小失大。
注意以上幾點(diǎn),就大致能做到安全飲食了。俗話說:“民以食為天”。說得通俗一點(diǎn)就是人們每一天要吃和喝,食物是人類賴以生存的物質(zhì)。食品的質(zhì)量決定了人類生命的質(zhì)量。所以,食品必須是安全的并且有益健康的。
