一張便條作文
那是小雨連綿的一個(gè)上午,母親辛苦地在衛(wèi)生間洗著衣服,洗衣粉的氣味彌漫于整個(gè)衛(wèi)生間。
我看著母親,莫名地脫口而出一句話:“媽媽?zhuān)憷蹎???/p>
媽媽擦了擦額頭上的汗,說(shuō):“累呀!但是為了這個(gè)家,為了我愛(ài)的你,我心甘情愿地累?!?/p>
我差點(diǎn)笑出來(lái),好不容易把“這也太肉麻了”的話咽了回去,伴著洗衣粉的味道我回到了書(shū)房。
之后的某一天,我從父親嘴中偶爾聽(tīng)到母親要去出差,幾個(gè)月后才能回來(lái)的消息,我很生氣。心想:為什么母親要去出差都不告訴我呢?我郁悶極了,連晚飯都沒(méi)吃,早早地洗漱上了床。小雨的夜晚,我聽(tīng)著雨聲,在床上輾轉(zhuǎn)反側(cè)怎么都睡不著。一想到后面幾個(gè)月會(huì)無(wú)法聽(tīng)到母親的笑聲,無(wú)法看到母親的笑顏,就莫名地有些許傷感,連我自己都覺(jué)得很奇怪。身上所穿衣服上淡淡的香味,令我想起了媽媽的那番話、那片濃濃的愛(ài)。
父親輕輕地敲了敲門(mén),我收起自己雜亂的思緒,煩躁地打開(kāi)了門(mén),他坐到了椅子上,輕輕地問(wèn)道:“還在生氣呢?”
我小聲答應(yīng):“嗯。”
“你別生氣了,這是單位臨時(shí)做的決定,就連我也是剛剛才知道的?!?/p>

看完便條,我不知為何哭了起來(lái),以前所有我認(rèn)為“肉麻”的話,現(xiàn)在都足以讓我大哭一場(chǎng)。但我很快忍住了眼淚,因?yàn)?,我要照顧好自己,像母親說(shuō)的一樣。
接下來(lái)的幾個(gè)月,我雖然聞不到洗衣粉的香味了,但是我一滴淚都沒(méi)流過(guò)。
幾個(gè)月后,母親回來(lái)了,我撲了上去,淡淡的洗衣粉味與便條上的話,都銘記在我的心里。

一進(jìn)餐廳,便見(jiàn)乳白色的冰箱上貼著一張粉紅色的愛(ài)心形便條。這或許又是叮囑我中午做飯的吧,我在心里冷笑。唉,什么媽媽嘛,每天都不做點(diǎn)早飯留在這,家里又沒(méi)什么吃的,只得又吃方便面充饑了。我極不情愿地去拿出了一袋方便面,然后去拿鍋?zhàn)拥人?。揭開(kāi)鍋蓋的那一剎那,我驚住了,里面竟然有兩根還冒著熱氣的`玉米!
黃澄澄的玉米安靜地躺在那里,好似剛出浴的美人般嬌嫩,散發(fā)出誘人的香氣,刺激著我的味蕾。
我簡(jiǎn)直不敢相信自己的眼睛,懷疑這是否是昨晚煮的卻還沒(méi)盛出來(lái)吃的玉米。唉,不管了,有吃的就趕緊吃吧,正好愁著早飯呢。我撈上來(lái)那兩根玉米,嘗了一口,呀,還挺甜的。我端著碗樂(lè)滋滋地來(lái)到餐廳。冰箱上的便條到底寫(xiě)的是什么???在好奇心的強(qiáng)烈驅(qū)使下,我跑去揭下了便條,那娟秀的字體便映入了我的眼簾。
“閨女,起來(lái)餓了吧,媽媽給你煮了兩根玉米在鍋里,知道你愛(ài)吃。冰箱里還有一碗紫菜蛋湯,熱熱喝了吧。一定要吃啊,不吃對(duì)胃不好的?!?/p>
言語(yǔ)不多,短短幾句話,卻在我的心里激起了一股暖流。那字字包含著愛(ài)的話語(yǔ),如跳動(dòng)的音符,頓時(shí)奏起了一曲愛(ài)的交響。我知道媽媽每天很忙,我想起了每次我不吃早飯她責(zé)怪我的表情,生氣卻又含有心疼,讓我永遠(yuǎn)也忘不掉。這便條并不是如我之前所想,要我去做什么家務(wù)的留言,而是對(duì)我關(guān)心的留言。小小的愛(ài)心形便條,也正符合她對(duì)我的心意吧?原來(lái)她從不缺少對(duì)我的關(guān)心啊……
我端出湯,放到微波爐里加熱。那暖暖的橙色的微光映襯著愛(ài),映入了我的心房。
溫暖的陽(yáng)光靜靜地照在我的身上,吃著甜甜的玉米,喝著熱乎乎的湯,唇齒之間溢滿了愛(ài)的味道。

Can you still find this day, my dear, among your possessions?
Among the souvenirs of your trips to faraway lands, the textbooks from those halcyon days when you walked the hallowed portals of that engineering college, the cassettes whose covers were left behind after one of those bacchanalian sessions in the hostel, the photographs of those classmates whose names you can't remember? Or is it hidden in the darkness, put out of sight along with the book you bought but never read, the gift you never quite found a use for and the letters you never finished or sent.
I can still find it here, in the city, in the house which you have never visited, in the kitchen where I have imaginary conversations with you. It is here even when I am not, for I go out now, leaving the light on and the music playing, so I can return home to the illusion of company.
I am probably better off now. Without secrets to keep from my parents. Without someone to come between me and my friends, me and my pastimes, me and my work, me and my sensible, understandable, utilitarian life. The life that I keep trying, keep failing to bring in line with the expectations that I keep trying, keep failing to make my own.
It is not that I always feel like this, sometimes I yearn for those days when tears and laughter both came easy. Those easy and quick transitions from ecstasy to despair. When a compliment could keep my mind occupied for hours on end and a harsh word could prick like a pin the same skin which now seems dry and insensitive. Like probably millions around the world, I look outside the window of a crowded bus, lost in my own thoughts and wonder how it could happen to me.
Was I not supposed to be different from the rest? Not for the silly schoolgirl infatuation with the football team captain or the fascination with the good for nothing, pot-smoking aspiring poet. Ours was a mature friendship that had blossomed into more. How could I feel a pang of envy then, when you lent a helping hand to another girl, when you spoke about someone who's far away and about to be married, when you were so involved in the book you were reading that you did not notice that we never met all day?
When we decided that it had been too long and that we should meet, I carefully started preparing a package for you. A small poem, that book you always wanted but never found, an old photograph and a bar of chocolate for us to share. What would I wear and what would we talk about? The package still remains in my drawer waiting for the phone to ring again.
It was a rainy Sunday afternoon when we sat in my tiny hostel room, discussing capitalism and campus gossip with equal fervor. When it seemed as if those conversations could last forever and we would never tire of them. When Joni Mitchell sang “California” seven times on continuous play before we thought of getting out.
Then one day suddenly we were looking for each other. You were always somewhere else, doing something else and strangely enough so was I. Those new people I met on that trip and that junior guy who loved the same movies I do. That girl next door who took math lessons from you. My room was almost always locked and yours was no different. We seemed to have discovered a whole world outside of ourselves all of a sudden. The tragedy was we had also lost the world we had before.
Then came the rescue mission. The loud fights in the hostel wing, the long silences and the desperate angry notes. Frustration, anxiety and even love revealing itself in the ugliest possible ways. Then indifference, complacency and resignation. Calm, dispassionate discussions on how we could stay friends. The decision that we should always let the other know when we would be around. That's when I started leaving those yellow post-its on the door. Those yellow post-its which by the time I came back would have your coordinates that I never used. If we had all of them now, they would be telling this tale a lot better than I am now.
Back home, I still continue leaving those post-its to this day, hoping that someone will write their whereabouts on them as well.

留言者是我上高一時(shí)的英語(yǔ)老師。記得吳老師和我是同時(shí)來(lái)到湖溝中學(xué)的。那年她剛大學(xué)畢業(yè),帶著大學(xué)生浪漫的憧憬,懷著大學(xué)生渴求步入社會(huì)的期盼,帶著青春少女的那絲嬌氣與矜持來(lái)到了母校。母校雖為重點(diǎn)中學(xué),但地處偏靜的農(nóng)村。一個(gè)在城里長(zhǎng)大的姑娘被分到鄉(xiāng)下,她沒(méi)有怨天尤人,沒(méi)有因?qū)W校條件欠佳而怠慢工作。這些我都能從她滿腔的工作熱忱,她的甜蜜微笑中找到答案。
報(bào)到那天,她鼻子上架一副太陽(yáng)鏡,身穿短襪短褲,腳蹬白色運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋,配上那蓬松的齊耳短發(fā),看上去真像一位運(yùn)動(dòng)員。據(jù)消息靈通人士透露,她將是我們的英語(yǔ)老師。我們這些年紀(jì)跟她相差不大的男生很有些不服氣,望著她山口百惠般的笑臉,我們背地里議論開(kāi)了?!叭槌粑锤傻男⊙绢^還能教我們英語(yǔ)?”我們還制定了一套計(jì)劃準(zhǔn)備在第一節(jié)課上給她點(diǎn)顏色瞧瞧。我們串聯(lián)了好幾個(gè)同學(xué)課堂上有意拒絕跟讀,拒絕回答問(wèn)題,甚至還有頗富轟動(dòng)效應(yīng)的惡作劇。
鈴響了。面對(duì)五十多個(gè)學(xué)生和七八個(gè)聽(tīng)課教師,吳老師開(kāi)始有些緊張,但很快鎮(zhèn)靜下來(lái)了。以其流利的口語(yǔ)表達(dá),設(shè)計(jì)新穎的教學(xué)方法把我們深深地吸引住了,課堂氣氛十分活躍。我們的.“搗蛋計(jì)劃”徹底破產(chǎn)了。我們有什么理由不折服一個(gè)能勝任教我們的青年女教師呢?
許是年齡懸殊不大之故吧,她常和我們一起打球,有時(shí)還教我們做韻律操,唱英文歌曲。她乒乓球技術(shù)挺不錯(cuò),推擋扣殺都行,尤其是漂亮的高拋發(fā)球,我們一接全偏了。吳老師排球打得也不錯(cuò),籃球場(chǎng)上她更是一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的場(chǎng)外指導(dǎo),什么人盯人,齊上齊下,她還一套一套的呢。
眨眼間放暑假了,家住陜南的我不想回家,而宿舍樓要鎖門(mén)。在幾位同學(xué)的建議下,我打算把吳老師的房間借來(lái)補(bǔ)習(xí)功課。她欣然應(yīng)允,并把鑰匙交給我。幾天后,當(dāng)我匆匆來(lái)到學(xué)校時(shí),她早回城了。我輕輕地打開(kāi)房門(mén),屋內(nèi)被褥、書(shū)籍、爐子等生活用品置之如故。在桌上我發(fā)現(xiàn)了一張十六開(kāi)的留言條……

具體來(lái)說(shuō),它應(yīng)有日期(date)、稱(chēng)呼 (saluwfion)、正文(body)及結(jié)尾(ending),結(jié)尾包括結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)(complimentary close)和簽名(signature)。1.日期指寫(xiě)便條的日期。英文便條與漢語(yǔ)便條的日期寫(xiě)的地方有別,前者的日期一般寫(xiě)在便條的右上角,偶爾也見(jiàn)寫(xiě)在便條的左上角,而后者的日期則寫(xiě)在便條的右下角,即寫(xiě)在簽名的下面。英文日期與漢語(yǔ)日期的寫(xiě)法也有不同,漢語(yǔ)一般先寫(xiě)年,然后再寫(xiě)月、日,而英文則一般把年份寫(xiě)在月、日的后面。另外,英文日期的月、日與年之間通常用逗號(hào)隔開(kāi)。例如,4月21日通常寫(xiě)成April 21,2008或April 21 st,2008;當(dāng)然,由于是非正式書(shū)信,也可以去掉年份,寫(xiě)成Ap l 2l或April 21st(不過(guò),這種寫(xiě)法,只是最近兩年才被TEM4接受),或者寫(xiě)成21/4/2008或4/21/2008。日期能說(shuō)明便條的有效度,沒(méi)有日期,則會(huì)使人感到茫然。2.稱(chēng)呼稱(chēng)呼是指寫(xiě)便條人對(duì)收便條人的稱(chēng)謂,一般都以Dear開(kāi)頭,寫(xiě)在日期下一兩行、留出左頁(yè)邊空白,頂格寫(xiě)。TEM4試卷中一般對(duì)寫(xiě)便條人與收便條人之間的關(guān)系作了提示。提示中的“you”指的是寫(xiě)便條人,提到的另一方便是收便條人。稱(chēng)呼時(shí),一般只需在其名字前加Dear即可,如 Dear Susan,Dear Tom。若此人有頭銜(social title),稱(chēng)呼時(shí),便要保留其頭銜,例如Dr.Herce,要稱(chēng)Dear Dr.Pierce,不稱(chēng)Dear Pierce。如果提示中的另一方是以Mrs Wang或Mr Wang出現(xiàn),稱(chēng)呼時(shí)也只需在其前加Dear便可,即稱(chēng)DearMrs Wang或Dear MrWang,若只稱(chēng)Dear Wang則視為不妥。當(dāng)對(duì)方為親屬時(shí),在Dear 后面加上表示親屬關(guān)系大寫(xiě)的字眼即可,如Dear Grandpa,Dear Aunt。值得一提的是,近年來(lái)TEM4也接受不帶Dear的稱(chēng)呼。稱(chēng)呼后面可用逗號(hào),也可用冒號(hào)。3.正文正文是寫(xiě)便條人要敘述或談?wù)摰氖虑椋潜銞l的主要組成部分。一般書(shū)信是在稱(chēng)呼下方隔兩行處開(kāi)始寫(xiě)正文。但就TEM4便條而言,一般在稱(chēng)呼的下一行開(kāi)始寫(xiě)正文便可。正文的首行左邊一般留約5個(gè)字母寬的'空白,但也可頂格寫(xiě)。便條的內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)單、字?jǐn)?shù)少,因此,正文一般只需寫(xiě)一段或兩段。若有兩段,第二段的首行應(yīng)與第一段的首行對(duì)齊寫(xiě)。4.結(jié)尾如前所述,結(jié)尾包括結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)和簽名。
(1)結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)的位置一般是在正文最后一行的下面,從便條的中央部分開(kāi)始,稍向右縮進(jìn)。當(dāng)然,若正文的開(kāi)頭是往左頂格寫(xiě),此時(shí)的結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)也應(yīng)往左頂格寫(xiě)。開(kāi)頭字母要大寫(xiě),末尾要用逗號(hào)。結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)為寫(xiě)便條人對(duì)收便條人的謙稱(chēng)或客套以示禮貌,措辭的變化按照不同的關(guān)系而定?,F(xiàn)分述如下:① 致不熟悉的人,宜用較莊重的套語(yǔ),如Yours sincerely,Sincerely yours,或Sincerely等。② 對(duì)上級(jí)、長(zhǎng)者,除了可用上述較莊重的套語(yǔ),也可用Yours respectfully或Respectfully yours。③ 對(duì)一般朋友或熟人可用①中提到的較莊重的套語(yǔ)語(yǔ),也可用Yours等較為隨便的套語(yǔ)。④ 對(duì)密友則采用較隨便的套語(yǔ)為宜。例如,Yours,Love,With love,Best wishes,Best regards等等。⑤ 對(duì)親屬可用下列任何一種:Love,With love,All my love,Yours affectionately,Affectionately yours,Lovingly yours,Yours lovingly,Your loving son(Dad?);但對(duì)親人,不宜用Sincerely yours~由于TEM4便條寫(xiě)作一般是針對(duì)考生日常生活或?qū)W習(xí)相關(guān)的事情,寫(xiě)作的對(duì)象一般是其朋友、老師、熟人,因此,TEM4通常只接受Yours sincerely,Sincerely yours,Sincerely,或Yours這幾種結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)。(2)簽名即寫(xiě)便條人署名,位于結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)下,偏右。若結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)是往左頂格寫(xiě),這時(shí)的署名也應(yīng)往左頂格寫(xiě)。簽名也由寫(xiě)便條人和收便條人的關(guān)系和親疏程度而定。有時(shí)TEM4指定了寫(xiě)便條人的名字,簽名時(shí)應(yīng)采用那個(gè)名字。若無(wú)指定名字,考生也不宜用自己的真名。一般只需寫(xiě)名不寫(xiě)姓,但若用了較莊重的結(jié)尾套語(yǔ),此時(shí)可簽全名。
(二)內(nèi)容完整一般而言,一封理想的TEM4便條應(yīng)包括以下三點(diǎn):(1)寫(xiě)便條的原因;(2)要告訴的事情;(3)有關(guān)的希望、建議或要求等。便條寫(xiě)作提示的情況都是與人們?nèi)粘I罨驅(qū)W習(xí)相關(guān)的事情。例如,對(duì)別人提供的幫助表示感謝,邀請(qǐng)朋友參觀書(shū)展,因不能準(zhǔn)時(shí)赴約而表示道歉,把信息轉(zhuǎn)告給朋友等。所提示的內(nèi)容就是考生要表達(dá)的思想內(nèi)容。思想內(nèi)容有先后之分,要講究其邏輯性,還得注意其完整性。生活中有些約定俗成的東西,寫(xiě)作時(shí),應(yīng)考慮這方面的因素。例如,寫(xiě)道歉信時(shí),一般都先向?qū)Ψ奖硎厩敢饣騼?nèi)疚,同時(shí)說(shuō)明發(fā)生疏忽、過(guò)失、或錯(cuò)誤的原因,提出彌補(bǔ)的辦法,這樣有利于取得對(duì)方的諒解?,F(xiàn)以近年一次英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)四級(jí)考試便條寫(xiě)作為例加以說(shuō)明:該提示是:Yesterday you failed to turn up for the appointment with your teacher,Professor Wang.Write him a note of apology and make a request for another meeting.YO u should also suggest the time for the requested meting.仔細(xì)閱讀這一提示,你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn),第一句為第二旬所要求的道歉確定了內(nèi)容;為了求得對(duì)方的諒解,獲得另一次會(huì)面的機(jī)會(huì),你就必須說(shuō)明前次未能赴約見(jiàn)面的原因。因此,本便條的內(nèi)容必須包括以下四項(xiàng):
(1)apologizing for failure to turn up for the appointment,
(2)the reason for failure to turn up,
(3)making a request for another meeting,
(4)suggesting the time for the requested meeting。其中(3)、(4)為提示中明確要求表達(dá)的內(nèi)容,(1)、(2)則是根據(jù)道歉類(lèi)書(shū)信特點(diǎn)而必須表達(dá)的內(nèi)容。內(nèi)容為便條寫(xiě)作的重頭戲。寫(xiě)作時(shí),切莫忽視提示中的任何信息,同時(shí)要關(guān)注交際中所需的相關(guān)信息。當(dāng)然,在注意提示中的信息時(shí),特別是首句,要注意用自己正確的語(yǔ)言來(lái)表達(dá),不能完全抄提示,否則會(huì)扣分。
(三)語(yǔ)言得體內(nèi)容和語(yǔ)言是一個(gè)統(tǒng)一體。內(nèi)容抓住后,應(yīng)以恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z(yǔ)言來(lái)表達(dá)。一般來(lái)說(shuō),便條的語(yǔ)言要簡(jiǎn)單明嘹,用詞平易。當(dāng)然,語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格還應(yīng)與情景一致,不同的對(duì)象,所使用的語(yǔ)言應(yīng)有所不同。相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō),對(duì)上級(jí)、長(zhǎng)者、不熟悉的人的語(yǔ)言較為正式,對(duì)親朋好友的語(yǔ)言則較為隨便。不過(guò),不管對(duì)方是誰(shuí),行文中都應(yīng)體現(xiàn)態(tài)度誠(chéng)懇禮貌。
(四)字?jǐn)?shù)符合要求TEM4便條總字?jǐn)?shù)(包括日期、稱(chēng)呼、結(jié)尾在內(nèi))的要求是約50—60個(gè)字。盡管在這數(shù)字之間還可以少l0字,或多20字,即40-80字,不過(guò),還是篇幅適中為好,以免因顯得太短或太長(zhǎng)而扣分。二TEM4便條寫(xiě)作中常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題便條寫(xiě)作中常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題主要表現(xiàn)在格式、內(nèi)容、語(yǔ)言等方面。
(一)格式方面1.日期部分往往被漏掉,或漏掉日期中年與月、日之間的逗號(hào),或在日期后面加點(diǎn),或按漢語(yǔ)的順序?qū)懗?如4月22日,寫(xiě)成April 22 ;April 22,2006.;2006.5.9;其正確形式請(qǐng)參照前文的相應(yīng)部分),或按漢語(yǔ)習(xí)慣把它寫(xiě)在簽名的下面。2.稱(chēng)呼未往左頂格寫(xiě),或與日期同寫(xiě)一行;稱(chēng)呼后面打句號(hào),或未打逗號(hào)或冒號(hào)。把結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)和簽名同寫(xiě)一行,或漏寫(xiě)結(jié)尾套語(yǔ),或漏掉結(jié)尾套語(yǔ)后面的逗號(hào)。
(二)內(nèi)容方面便條的內(nèi)容雖簡(jiǎn)單,但漏掉必須表達(dá)的內(nèi)容的情況時(shí)有發(fā)生。例如,在前文提到的那次TEM4便條寫(xiě)作,考生對(duì)未赴約的原因應(yīng)加以說(shuō)明,可不少考生只寫(xiě)了如下相似內(nèi)容的便條:I am very sorry for missing yesterday’s appointment,so I do hope we can mak ean other one.Sunday evening is convenient for me.W hat about you?內(nèi)容方面還因理解不透,或自立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而導(dǎo)致交際不成功的情況也不鮮見(jiàn)。還是以前文提到的那次TEM4便條寫(xiě)作為例,評(píng)分取樣的九份答卷中就有三份類(lèi)似的例子。其中一份這樣寫(xiě)道,“I’m very glad to receive your note.About our appointment I think we can change an other time.Maybe tomorrow,1 will be fre an d stay at home all day.Ifyouarealsofreetomorrow ,you can call me at anytime.Then 1 will visit you?”該提示要寫(xiě)一封簡(jiǎn)短的道歉信,而這位考生的答案卻與此大相徑庭,信中絲毫沒(méi)有流露出道歉的意念。
(三)語(yǔ)言方面便條中的語(yǔ)言錯(cuò)誤可分為理解和表達(dá)兩大類(lèi),主要體現(xiàn)在措辭、語(yǔ)法、拼寫(xiě)等方面。
1.措辭不當(dāng)措辭不當(dāng)在這里既指一般遣詞造句中出現(xiàn)的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用錯(cuò)誤 (performance erors),又指因未按TEM4便條測(cè)試中提供的語(yǔ)境遣詞造句而產(chǎn)生的語(yǔ)用失誤(pragmatic failures),還指因忽視對(duì)方的社會(huì)或文化背景差異而造成的語(yǔ)用失誤。此類(lèi)問(wèn)題在TEM4便條寫(xiě)作中相當(dāng)嚴(yán)重。我們還是以前文提到的那次TEM4便條寫(xiě)作為例;鑒于篇幅,且舉三例:(1) 在1 would appreciate you if you could have another meeting with me這句話中,appreciate后面的賓語(yǔ)不妥。只要細(xì)心的讀者翻閱一下詞典,就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)appreciate(感謝)的英文釋義是be grateful for(something),若把句中的you改為it(代表后面那件事),或把a(bǔ)ppreciate改為be grateful to,或把a(bǔ)ppreciate you改為be grateful,這句話就對(duì)了。(2)考生在便條的開(kāi)頭就對(duì)因病未能與王教授約會(huì)表示道歉后,接著寫(xiě)道:I'm anxious to make an appointment with you.而根據(jù)上下文應(yīng)該是,I'm anxious to make another appointment with you(??與你另訂一次約會(huì))。(3)你(寫(xiě)便條人)自己因某種原因而沒(méi)去赴約,況且約會(huì)的對(duì)象是你的老師,事后還要命令對(duì)方到你家來(lái)見(jiàn)你,或以命令的 IZl吻表示要給你打電話。象“You must come to my home”,或‘'Give me a call to discuss it further'’這類(lèi)話有失禮貌,使人讀后感到不舒服。
2.語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤便條中的語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤有多種,常見(jiàn)的有冠詞、詞性、動(dòng)詞的時(shí)與體、句子結(jié)構(gòu)等錯(cuò)誤。(1)冠詞錯(cuò)誤,如I'm anxious to make a(應(yīng)為an)appointment with you.(2)詞性錯(cuò)誤,如I must make an apologize(正確為apology)for failing to turn up for the appointment.(3)動(dòng)詞的時(shí)與體等方面的錯(cuò)誤,例如:a.If you will be(應(yīng)把will be改為are)free tomorrow, we shall meet again.b.I am sorry to fail(正確為to have failed而不是tofall,因事情已發(fā)生)to turn up for the appointment yesterday.(4)句子結(jié)構(gòu)錯(cuò)誤,例如:I'm very sorry.I didn’t turn up for the appointment with you. Because my mother was seriously ill yesterday and I had to take her to see the doctor(應(yīng)改為I'm very sorry I didn’t turn up for the appointment with you yesterday because my mother was seriously ill and I had to take her to see the doctor).
3.拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤與別的主觀題一樣,便條寫(xiě)作中拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤數(shù)見(jiàn)不鮮。例如:professor---,profesor/profesor;convenient-* conveint/convinen~convinient; recejve—} recieve; appointment ---~apointment/pointment.

便條是一種簡(jiǎn)單的書(shū)信。雖然內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)單,但卻有其獨(dú)特的風(fēng)格。主要目的是為了盡快地把最新的信息、通知、要求或者活動(dòng)的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)告給對(duì)方。常見(jiàn)的便條有欠條、留言和請(qǐng)假條等。
特點(diǎn):
1. 文內(nèi)語(yǔ)言盡量通俗口語(yǔ)化,簡(jiǎn)單扼要,直截了當(dāng),無(wú)需使用客套語(yǔ)言。In a roundabout way
2. 便條雖簡(jiǎn)單,但中心務(wù)必突出,更要注明活動(dòng)的時(shí)間及地點(diǎn)。
3. 便條不需郵寄,不用信封。通常請(qǐng)人代為轉(zhuǎn)交。有時(shí)可寫(xiě)在留言板和留言簿上。
基本寫(xiě)作格式:
便條內(nèi)容和類(lèi)型不盡相同,可以靈活變通。但各類(lèi)便條必須包括以下幾個(gè)基本要素;1)Date:便條日期2)Salutation:稱(chēng)呼3)Body:正文4)Signature:署名 ?樣例:
欠條:留下字據(jù),表示欠某人某物。條據(jù)上需寫(xiě)明錢(qián)物名稱(chēng)和數(shù)量、立據(jù)人及日期。不得涂改。

請(qǐng)假條:往往指由于生病或特殊情況不能親自當(dāng)面請(qǐng)假,用假條的形式告假。所以,請(qǐng)假條大多是病假條??梢宰詫?xiě),也可請(qǐng)他人。寫(xiě)假條最重要的是說(shuō)明原因和請(qǐng)假的期限。

班中的閆吉,上課時(shí)常走神,當(dāng)我講到最投入時(shí),他總是在玩東西。不做作業(yè)是他的家常便飯…
“喊他父母來(lái)一趟,好好教訓(xùn)他一下,他肯定會(huì)變得乖乖的。”我心里說(shuō)。但轉(zhuǎn)念一想:“我小時(shí)候最討厭老師向家長(zhǎng)告狀,如果現(xiàn)在這樣做了,不就也變成了令人討厭的老師了嗎?”想來(lái)想去,我有了注意:我給他的家長(zhǎng)寫(xiě)了張便條,說(shuō)我很高興教他這樣的學(xué)生,他不光聰明,還有上進(jìn)心,這段時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)有進(jìn)步。
第二天一早,我就把裝在沒(méi)封口的信封里的便條遞給了他,請(qǐng)他轉(zhuǎn)交給他家長(zhǎng)。不用說(shuō),他悄悄看了便條。結(jié)果,課上他精力集中,一個(gè)小動(dòng)作也沒(méi)搞。
幾天后,他主動(dòng)跑到我面前:“老師,謝謝您寫(xiě)的信?!彼f(shuō),“我媽媽看完后表?yè)P(yáng)了我,還把那張紙貼在床頭上了呢!”
我聽(tīng)完對(duì)他笑了笑。
“老師,您真的喜歡我嗎?”他小聲問(wèn)道。
“是的”。我點(diǎn)頭說(shuō),“你覺(jué)得老師不喜歡你嗎?”
“從來(lái)沒(méi)有老師喜歡我,我學(xué)習(xí)不好。”他低下了頭。
“我敢擔(dān)保,如果你認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí),成績(jī)一定會(huì)進(jìn)步?!蔽逸p輕拍了拍他,直到他抬眼看著我,“我相信你會(huì)努力的?!蔽矣终f(shuō)。

一、 英文寫(xiě)作導(dǎo)航
便條(Note)是一種簡(jiǎn)單的書(shū)信。 內(nèi)容較簡(jiǎn)單,多是臨時(shí)的通知、請(qǐng)求、留言等。有時(shí), 幾句話就可以解決問(wèn)題。在日常生活中便條應(yīng)用非常廣泛,如有事需告訴別人,委托他人辦事而不面談,因事因病請(qǐng)假等,都可以寫(xiě)便條。
英文的便條包括以下幾部分:
1. 日期 日期寫(xiě)在右上角,只要寫(xiě)出月、日或星期幾, 有時(shí)只需寫(xiě)明上、下午的具體幾點(diǎn)。
2. 稱(chēng)呼 稱(chēng)呼寫(xiě)在第二行,要左起頂格寫(xiě)。語(yǔ)氣可隨便一些。如Dear Tom, Tom, Xiao Wang等。
3. 正文 正文應(yīng)再起一行,用詞要通俗簡(jiǎn)明,只要把事情說(shuō)清楚就行。
4. 署名 署名要寫(xiě)在正文的右下角。一般的留言條只寫(xiě)留條人的姓名,姓或名均可。請(qǐng)假條、借條的署名要正式些, 在姓名前寫(xiě)上Yours, Your student , Your friend等。遺失、啟事、招領(lǐng)啟事, 有時(shí)不署名,只留下聯(lián)系單位的電話號(hào)碼。
在中考書(shū)面表達(dá)中寫(xiě)便條時(shí), 語(yǔ)句要正確, 意思要清楚、簡(jiǎn)明、易懂, 要符合英語(yǔ)的表達(dá)習(xí)慣。
