實習內(nèi)容主要包括聽課、備課、試講、答疑及批改作業(yè)四部分。在本次實習

四、實習總結及體會
大學生活即將結束，我也即將步入社會。為了給將來打下堅實的基礎，今年的3月1日，懷著期盼和喜悅的心情，我來到了自己的母校，開始了為期七周的實習生活。
七周的實習生活，讓我嘗到了身為一名教師的甜酸苦辣，更讓我體會到一名教師肩負的責任。在這幾十天里，作為一名實習教師，我一直以教師身份嚴格要求自己，處處注意言行和儀表，熱心愛護實習學校和班級的學生，本著對學生負責的態(tài)度盡全力做好班主任工作;同時，作為實習生的一員，我一直緊記實習守則，遵守實習學校的規(guī)章制度，尊重實習學校的領導和老師，虛心聽取他們的意見，并和隊友們團結協(xié)作，完成實習學校布置的任務。下面就我的實習工作情況進行詳細總結：
1.聽課
聽課是教師的一項必不可少的、經(jīng)常性的職責與任務。聽課有利于教學者之間相互學習，相互取長補短，共同提高，共同前進，有利于轉變教學思想，更新教學觀念，提高教學水平，提高教學質(zhì)量。在試講前的聽課，是必不可少的一個過程。在此過程中，可以了解到什么樣的教學形式，教學風格利于學生吸收。在實習期間，我就初一、初二、初三有選擇性的聽了五位老師共五堂課。在聽課的過程中，我讓自己進入到“學生”的角色，從學生角度，按學生水平去聽課，并思考如果我就是學生那種認識能力和理解能力，我能否聽得懂，學得會。站在學生的立場去理解課堂。同時，我也讓自己進入到“教學者”的角色，思考，如果讓我來上一堂課，我該怎么做。將講課者的教法與自己的構思進行比較，從中找到自己欠缺之處。從這些老師的課堂中，我了解到了目前英語教科書的形式與特色，學生的基本情況，各個老師的教學風格特色，為自己的試講做好準備。
2．備課
充分備課是上好課的前提，提高課堂教學質(zhì)量和效果，首先要抓好備課這一環(huán)。教學實踐表明，教師在備課上所花工夫的多少直接影響授課的質(zhì)量。備課作為教師課前準備的過程，亦是教師提高知識水平和教學能力、總結教學經(jīng)驗的過程。在備課之前，我請教了辦公室的幾位老師如何備課，并學習了他們的備課記錄本。之后，我仔細思考了教科書的組織，在腦中構思一堂課的過程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指導老師看過之后，我們一起改進了其中較為欠缺之處。我的第一份教案在經(jīng)過多次修改之后終于通過。此后我又寫過五份教案，每份教案都經(jīng)指導老師檢查后我才運用到實際教學中。
我深切體驗到設計教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗體力也耗腦力，同時也是一件頗藝術的工作。經(jīng)過良久的冥思苦想，忽然頭腦開竅，一個思路出來了，一個問題解決了，那種成就感、興奮感是不言而喻的。
3.試講
我一共進行了兩次試講，每次大約20分鐘。第一次試講講的是課本內(nèi)容，，另一次使講解課后作業(yè)。3月22日，我在初一六班進行了一次試講。上課內(nèi)容是Starter Unit4：what’s this in English?由于第一次上課沒有太多經(jīng)驗，我在教學風格上部分模仿了我的指導老師，此外也添加一些自己的內(nèi)容。比如，為了吸引學生的興趣，我將簡筆畫與口語練習相結合，并以此復習學生們已經(jīng)學過的單詞。我的第一次試講取得了較好的效果，指導老師也給予了肯定。當然，還是存在一些不足，比如，由于緊張，我犯了一個口頭錯誤，在讓學生做練習的時候少加了一句重要的句型。在課堂后，我在教室后面檢查板書，發(fā)現(xiàn)板書格式不太規(guī)范。在與指導老師以及其他幾位聽課老師交流后，我將自己的優(yōu)缺點都記下，為下次講課做改進。
