人是個(gè)性的人,個(gè)性的人自然應(yīng)該寫出個(gè)性的東西。所以自薦信也是有性格的。只有有性格的，才確保他眾里尋她千百度，驀然回首看到你的概率趨近于100%。下面就是幾種常用的模式：
1.令狐沖型
其實(shí)，大多數(shù)公司所需要的人才只是讓人才去做一件事情。它也就只關(guān)心你在那方面的能力，連篇累牘的自我介紹而恰恰沒(méi)有他所關(guān)心的東西，一萬(wàn)句也只等于一句。而一但說(shuō)中了他所想要的哪怕就這一點(diǎn)，一句就等于一萬(wàn)句。真的突出重點(diǎn)，遠(yuǎn)比什么都練強(qiáng)，內(nèi)功的沒(méi)有，拳腳的不懂，就憑一路獨(dú)孤九劍照樣縱橫天下。再者，獨(dú)孤九劍最大的特點(diǎn)乃在于無(wú)招勝有招，制敵機(jī)先。針對(duì)不同的人出不同的`招。舉個(gè)例子吧，假如你是個(gè)賣辣椒的，有人來(lái)買辣椒問(wèn)你辣不辣，你該怎么回答呢?那你自然就要觀察了，假如這個(gè)人一臉的痘痘，我想你已經(jīng)知道答案了，我們的辣椒絕對(duì)一點(diǎn)都不辣!
2.虛竹型
這一種可能對(duì)于各方面條件好的人比較適合。因?yàn)槟阋呀?jīng)很優(yōu)秀了，完全沒(méi)有必要再刻意的把自己渲染一番，紅花綠葉好看，可是大紅配大綠就過(guò)了，就不可信了。在周圍每個(gè)人都把自己說(shuō)的跟天仙似的時(shí)候，作為優(yōu)秀的你倒不如用平實(shí)的語(yǔ)言介紹自己。

有些推薦人也會(huì)是輔導(dǎo)員或者單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。對(duì)于輔導(dǎo)員，平時(shí)會(huì)跟學(xué)生見(jiàn)面較多，對(duì)于學(xué)生的生活，學(xué)習(xí)，心里等方面也比較清楚。那么在推薦時(shí)，就可以針對(duì)學(xué)生的性格，為人，或者學(xué)習(xí)工作的態(tài)度、方法從去說(shuō)明學(xué)生的潛質(zhì)和能力，從而進(jìn)行推薦。而作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，肯定要從工作表現(xiàn)去說(shuō)。比如創(chuàng)新，比如勤奮虛心好學(xué)等。但同時(shí)，也可以對(duì)學(xué)生在處理人際關(guān)系方面進(jìn)行贊揚(yáng)。因?yàn)楫吘乖谏鐣?huì)上，除了努力工作以外，與人相處也大有學(xué)問(wèn)的，而出國(guó)又意味著要面對(duì)世界各國(guó)的陌生人。
