　　一、加強護士在職教育

　　提高護理人員的專業(yè)素質強化相關專業(yè)知識的學習掌握，每月定期組織護士授課，實行輪流主講，進行規(guī)章制度及神經內科專業(yè)培訓。如遇特殊疑難情景，可經過請科主任，醫(yī)生授課等多種形式更新知識和技能。互相學習促進，開展護理病例討論，并詳細記錄。隨著護理水平與醫(yī)療技術發(fā)展不平衡的現狀，有計劃的選送部分護士外出學習，提高護理人員的素質，優(yōu)化護理隊伍。不斷的更新護理知識。

　　新年的鐘聲已經敲響，新的一年已經來到，我也大了一歲了。我以優(yōu)異的成績送走了xx年，我要以新面貎、新氣象迎接新的20xx年。在新的一年里我要快樂學習，天天向上，茁壯成長。

　　我首先會改掉xx年那些做作業(yè)、考試時有點粗心的缺點，養(yǎng)成做事認真細心，知識全面，計劃合理，溫故知新，循序漸進的好習慣。

　　首先說一下我的學習計劃。學習更多的知識，上課時更加認真地聽講，做作業(yè)的時候，改掉以前的那些粗心大意的習慣，仔細認真的做每一道題。上語文課的時候，仔細的做筆記，老師要求記的筆記都要記下來，老師要求要背的課文都要背熟。上數學課的時候，仔細聽老師講的每一個公式，每一種題。上英語課的時候，努力地牢記各種語法、各種單詞。然后我再講講怎么復習吧，將所學的課文單次全部讀一遍，把學過的數學公式也重新在腦袋里面瀏覽一遍。

　　在新的一年我還要遵敬老師，團結同學，遵紀守法，孝敬長輩，關心集體，助人為樂，努力做好少先隊工作。加強興趣愛好的學習，將自己的書法練好；繼續(xù)做奧數；自學作文，每周自己練寫一篇作文；自學英語，每周練寫一篇英語作文。并且爭取使自己的這些興趣愛好的技術都再更進一步，再上一層樓，不要在原來的基礎上停滯不前。平常也要勞逸結合，保持充分的睡眠，加強身體鍛煉。

　　總之，在新的一年里，我要以更加優(yōu)異的成績保持“特優(yōu)生” 稱號。向著更高更遠的目標奮勇前進！
